  • Does my order automatically renew?

    No, ShaveMOB does not require a membership or recurring monthly payment. You will need to reorder your blades when you run low. We will send you a reminder email with the ability to easily reorder.

  • Does ShaveMOB store my profile information?

    Yes, when you place a purchase on ShaveMOB.com, we store your information in a profile in order to better service you. You can login to access your account details and order history.

  • Can I change my profile information, such address and payment info?

    Yes, login to your account and click on your profile. You can update your information and save it.

  • Does ShaveMOB charge for shipping?

    Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. Other destinations might require additional shipping costs, if available on the checkout page.

  • Does ShaveMOB retain my credit cart information?

    ShaveMOB can store your credit card information for easy re-order only if you explicitly choose to have us save such information. The choice is made on the checkout page as you place an order and can also be managed within your account by logging in. ShaveMOB stores all personal and credit card information as encrypted and secure data; however, data accessible and transferred via the Internet is never 100% secure.

  • What payment types does Shave Mob accept?

    Shave Mob accepts all major credit cards.

  • How do I know if my order was placed and what the status of the order is?

    To determine if an order was placed, and what the current status of the order is, log into your account and view your order history. You should see the order listed in your order history, along with relevant details such as order number, date and status. If your package is taking longer than expected to arive, or you require more detailed status information than in available in your account, please contact sutomer support.

  • How long will it take for an order to arrive at my destination?

    Most orders should arrive in 5-10 days. Some destinations may take longer, including overseas shipments, which can often take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    To cancel an order, contact support and include the details of the order you’d like cancelled and your reason for cancellation. We will do our best to honor order cancellation requests; however, those that have shipped may not be cancelled.

  • What is ShaveMOB’s return policy?

    We stand behind our products. If you are unhappy for any reason, just contact us and we will take care of you.

  • Does ShaveMOB ship outside of the United States?

    We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United State but plan to expand our shipping capabilities soon. We do offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska for a $2 flat fee.

  • Can I track my order from ShaveMOB?

    You can view the status of your order within your account up to the point that it ships from our warehouse. If you need to track your order beyond that, contact customer support.

  • Is a shaving handle included with my order?

    When you place an item in your cart and are checking out, the handle is added as a separate line item. By default, all initial orders have a handle added to the shopping cart while reorders do not. While reviewing your cart you can remove the handle (if you already have a ShaveMOB handle) or add more if you would like the convenience of multiple handles.

  • Can I order a replacement handle?

    You can order a replacement shaving handle if need or would like an additional handle.

  • How many blades will I receive with my order?

    ShaveMOB’s standard packages include 2 cartridges for every month indicated. We offer 2, 6, and 12-month packages for your convenience. Blades will last roughly two weeks when properly cared for: clean and dry you razor after every use and store your razor in a dry environment.

  • How often should I replace my razor blade?

    ShaveMOB razors are of extremely high quality. While everyone’s skin, hair growth, and shaving routine differs, making it difficult to predict, most individuals can utilize a single cartridge for two weeks. Proper care of your razor is critical. Thoroughly clean and dry your razor after every use and store it in a dry environment.

  • Are ShaveMOB handles compatible with other brands’ cartridges?

    All ShaveMOB handles are compatible with all ShaveMOB cartridges, meaning you can switch between ShaveMOB cartridges freely; however, our razors are uniquely manufactured and not compatible with other brands’ cartridges.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my order or product?

    We stand behind our products. If you are unhappy for any reason, just contact us and we will take care of you.

  • How much will I save by using ShaveMOB?

    In some instances, you can save up to 70% compared to other premium quality razor providers by buying from ShaveMOB. All claims of savings relative to product alternatives are generalizations made based on market research and should not be construed as accurate in all situations.
